Terms of Service

Service requests and estimates
Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate service or a specific arrival time. Availability depends on location, technician availability, traffic, tire availability, weather, and site safety. Any price shown before inspection is an estimate unless identified as a final quote.
Authorization and additional work
You authorize PullUp Tire Co. to inspect the vehicle and perform only the service you approve. If the technician identifies additional work or a price change, the platform may request your approval before that additional work proceeds.
Vehicle and tire fitment
Vehicle identification tools and VIN decoding help identify the vehicle but do not guarantee that factory wheel or tire specifications are still installed. Tire size and fitment must be confirmed before installation. An in-stock tire shown during booking is a requested option only and is not reserved until PullUp confirms the quote and any required deposit is paid.
Tire repair and replacement
Not every damaged tire can be safely repaired. Repairability depends on puncture location, sidewall condition, tread condition, prior repairs, wheel damage, and other safety factors. PullUp Tire Co. may recommend replacement or decline an unsafe repair.
Deposits and payment
Roadside services are generally paid after service unless a dispatch deposit is required. Tire delivery or special-order work may require a deposit before a tire is reserved, purchased, or dispatched. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice unless clearly identified otherwise. Final balances are due according to the approved quote or business account terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be shown before payment. Deposits tied to special-order or reserved tires may be non-refundable once the tire is purchased or reserved.
Roadside safety
You are responsible for choosing a reasonably safe location for service. If the vehicle is in an immediately dangerous position, blocking traffic, or otherwise unsafe to service, contact emergency services or roadside authorities first. A technician may decline or delay work until the location is safe.
Business accounts
Invoice terms such as Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 apply only after PullUp Tire Co. approves the business account. Purchase-order and authorization requirements provided by a business customer are the responsibility of that customer to keep current.
