Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide mobile tire service, including contact information, service location, vehicle and tire details, uploaded photos, service notes, quotes, approvals, payment status, business account information, and service history. Technician location data may be collected while a technician actively uses the location-sharing feature.
Vehicle identification
If you use VIN lookup, PullUp sends the VIN to the configured vehicle-data provider (currently the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration vPIC service) to identify vehicle attributes. PullUp may cache general make/model lookup data, but the platform does not place VIN decode responses in the shared vehicle lookup cache. The VIN may still be stored with your service record when you submit the booking.
How we use information
We use this information to review requests, dispatch technicians, communicate service updates, prepare quotes and invoices, process payments, maintain service records, prevent abuse, improve operations, and support business accounts.
Payments
When online card payments are enabled, payment entry is handled by the configured payment processor. PullUp Tire Co. stores payment status and transaction references needed for accounting and support, but this platform is not designed to store full card numbers.
Text and email communications
Service-related emails are used for confirmations, quotes, approvals, payment notices, and status updates. If you opt in to text updates, PullUp Tire Co. may send service-related SMS messages to the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP where supported.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, email, messaging, mapping, and payment providers, only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell customer information.
Security and retention
We use role-based access, secure sessions, audit logs, private file storage, and other safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for service history, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and business operations.
Your choices
You may contact PullUp Tire Co. to request correction of contact information or ask questions about stored service information, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
